JRE Events is a live event ticket brokerage based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, serving customers nationwide. We source and resell admission tickets and hospitality packages for sports, concerts, theater and premium suites. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any venue, team, performer, promoter or primary ticketing platform.

Enquiries submitted through the site are requests for a quote and create no obligation on either side. A binding order is formed only when you approve specific seats and a total price in writing and we confirm receipt of payment. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if inventory becomes unavailable — and will refund you in full if we do.

All prices are quoted in US dollars and include our service fee unless the quote states otherwise. Because tickets are sourced on the secondary market, prices may be above or below face value and can change until an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown before you approve the order. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Ticket delivery, cancellation rights, refund eligibility and our dispute process are set out in full in our refund, cancellation and dispute policy, which forms part of these terms. We sell admission tickets, not physical merchandise, so no product return policy applies.

You must be 18 or older to place an order and must provide accurate contact and payment information. You agree to comply with all venue rules and with any resale restrictions imposed by the venue, event organiser or applicable law. You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders or to resell our quotes as your own inventory.

We do not currently run promotions, discount codes, loyalty schemes or referral offers. Any future promotion will be published with its full terms — eligibility, value, start and end dates, redemption method and exclusions — before you can accept it, and those terms will control where they differ from these.

We collect only the information you submit through our contact form or provide while placing an order — your name, email, phone number and event details — and we use it solely to respond to your request and fulfill your order. We do not sell or rent your information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us. To request deletion of your information, email contact@jreevents.com.

Our liability for any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other incidental costs, or for changes to an event's date, time, lineup or format made by the organiser. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
